Lent is over, so I decided to try eating a little bit of chocolate and a soft drink occasionally. BIG MISTAKE! I've had the most horrible week. I pigged out on chocolate (ate every bit that was in the house from Easter), I felt rundown, and I was easily provoked. I don't know if my stress and anger had anything to do with reintroducing these sugary treats, but I'm going to fast from them again and see if my mood changes.
Is it possible for foods to have this grand of an impact on me? Maybe I'll have to eliminate these items from my diet permanently since it seems like I can't limit myself to just one bite.
