Papaya's?

I found some beautiful ones. I love them just cut and de-seeded with some lemon juice :yum but wanted to know if anyone had any good recipies?

Mmm. I think I might make papaya salsa (http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/15139?epiSearchPage=http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/find/results?search=papaya+salsa&x=13&y=9) and this out-of-this-world recipe for Grilled Jerk Chicken (http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/106516?epiSearchPage=http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/find/results?search=papaya+salsa&x=13&y=9). You have to marinate the chicken a day ahead, but it is *so* good.
