OK, I have ZERO ability to draw ANYTHING. It is sad to see me do sidewalk chalk - my stuff looks just like the 4-year old stuff! :laughtears

So, I'd really like some book recommendations that would be for teaching a child to draw, with the intention of ME learning some fun stuff to draw on the Magna Doodle or sidewalk. You know - really simple stuff.

I think I saw something at Toys R Us, but decided to check out Amazon first. Now, I can't really find what I'm looking for.

Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks so much! :)

We have a couple books called "Draw Write Now" I like them, very basic, and I can draw something!!! We skip the writing part though. Great starter book. My 5.5 y.o and 3.5 y.o. both can draw most things out of them.

Usborne has a set of great starter books called "I Can Draw Animals" and "I Can Draw People". You can see them on my site; check out the link below.
