Where can I find a concise, understandable description of the different homeschooling methods? I've heard of classical, Charlotte Mason, unschooling.... but don't really know what each entails & I'd like a better understanding. So I can have an idea of where I want to start out. TIA!

Well, if you're interested in doing some reading online, here are some different links that might be helpful:

http://people.howstuffworks.com/homeschool4.htm
http://www.homeschoollearning.com/approaches/

Those are pretty brief overviews, but that might be a start and then you can figure out if you want to read more in-depth on any of the different methods.

Elijah Company's catalog used to give a nice overview, but I can't find that information on their website anymore.

Out of business? I thought they just passed it on to someone else. Their website is still there, but now you have to buy books to get information that they used to post on their website.

That's a huge site! Do they have a page where they describe the different homeschool methods and approaches? I can't find one.

Yes, up at the top where it says "Methods, Styles and Philosophies". ;) http://homeschooling.gomilpitas.com/methods/Methods.htm
