I thought it might be interesting to see what others are doing/using in their learning materials. Here is ours:

More formal stuff (my son is in 4th/5th grade):
Considering God's Creation
Shurley grammar
Beautiful Feet history
reading lots of good literature
writing (real life and a journal)
keeping a nature journal
Math review for 4th/5th grade (will need to pick a new curriculum next year)

Less formal stuff:
books books and more books (preferably "living")
Moody science videos
Magic school bus
typing program for the computer
drawing
CD's of all types of music

Looking for a change in:

math curriculum
spelling curriculum

We are using the following for K (dd is 6):

Five in a Row Volume 1
Simply Numbers
Simply Phonics and BOB books
Handwriting Without Tears
Good literature - we're reading through several of the "lighter" Sonlight K books at bedtime
Artistic Pursuits

Funny, I asked the same thing in "who has pre-high school students"!

What math and spelling have you used in the past?

I understand that Rod and Staff's spelling is very good. I've never used it as I didn't start to hs until after 6th grade....that's what I'm considering for my youngest, though. I also see a lot of recommendations on the boards for their math as well. Personally, I really like Singapre through the elementary years.

Right now we're using:

Math-U-See Alpha
LIFEPAC Kindergarten Language Arts
Abeka Social Studies K (just the activity sheets)

We also did a little bit of:

Manners Made Easy
Kid's version of "My Utmost for His Highest" for devotionals
Some intro to German

We're using Sonlight for history, science, and Bible. My older daughter is using pc games and Spectrum Hill workbooks for spelling and Language arts. She is also using workbooks for handwriting, and is using Saxon Math 2. My 2nd dd is using Calvert 1st grade for reading/language arts, and math, and a workbook for handwriting. They also have violin (the oldest) and piano (the 2nd) which we consider part of school. The 3rd is doing little workbooks for pre K.
Our plan will change dramatically next year, though.

Nature journal
Miquon math workbooks & cuisenaire rods
Pathway readers & workbooks for phonics
Jumpstart Spanish
A picture Spanish/English dictionary
Simply Music for piano
and whatever else catches their fancy!

We just started using "Switched on Schoolhouse 3rd Grade" and really enjoy it. We do plenty of unschooling/relaxed schooling stuff outside of that too.

Saxon Math (my 8 year old is just starting 54 while my 9 year old is finishing it, and my 10 year old is using 76).

Easy Grammar 45 and 34 (though is something I've decided I don't to spend as much time on)

We've used Handwriting Without Tears for the past two years, and will order both cursive books for my son next year.

Too many bit of other things here and there to mention. :P

We just started kindergarten but started teaching reading awhile ago per dd's request.

We are currently using:
100 Ez lessons for reading and writing
FIAR
casual math games and manipulatives (marbles, blocks, etc)

We started our nature journals this am at the domes :) MOstly just pics at this point and eventually she'll dictate and I'll paste in the dictation on pictures but first the excitement needs to wear off a bit.

We will add in:
The story of the world for history (this will be casual per request)
Nature activities per season and per our lifestyle (which is very outdoorsy)
basic skills board (lacing, tying, buttoning, etc)

Sandy, I responded to both of your posts! But I guess the discussion has moved here! :)

I have kids in grades 9, 5 and 3. We use Ambleside Online, Apologia Science with the oldest one, and Math-U-See for all of them.

dd is in 6th grade and we just pulled ds out of public school 2nd grade. He is just doing a lighter version of her assignments.

Singapore math
Beautiful Feet History of Science
Around the World in 180 days
Explode the Code
Simply Music- piano lessons
La Clase Divertida - Spanish
Signs for His Glory
Bible Quizzing- Book of Matthew

We have had reading challenges, so we recently picked up Writing Road to Reading & Reading Works, but I am still trying to figure out how to use this. I am too distracted right now. :neutral

the kids also love
computer games, reading with mom, Draw Write Now (for Micah), our 4H projects

Even the baby gets into school work! He KNOWS the tune of the Matthew DVD, the Spanish Video and Piano lessons and crawls over to join the big kids! He may only be 10 mo, but he already knows how to operate the keyboard and likes to turn on the "background beats" while the big kids are practicing! This of course is accompanied by the baby dance! LOL

Sarah is using Switched-On Schoolhouse. I have the Sonlight PreK books, but Logan's not been interested in most of them. I don't know just what we'll do next year, if anything, while he's still little.

We are using:

Singapore Math
Story of the World 3
Learning Language Arts Through Literature
Primary Language Lessons

plus lots of living books, software, games, etc. Science has been kind of random. Today he wanted to read about constellations.

Next year we are adding Latina Christiana, and maybe Galloping the Globe, plus FIAR for my K'er (and probably my pre K'er).

I forgot HWT Cursive. We are using that too. Ds's cursive looks so much better than his printing. I'll have to see how it looks when it's not in the handwriting book.
