Anyone know where I can get any?
Saw our new ped.. she's *awesome*. One thing she mentioned was to make sure my ADHD'er had protein at EVERY meal, no simple carb meals. Breakfast is hard though, because I'm a slow waker upper. :cup It would be great if I could get some protein powder and put it in pancakes I make ahead, or slip it in smoothies real quick in the blender, or in oatmeal, etc.
