What to do with TVP?

On a whim in the bulk foods section at my local grocery store, I bought some TVP and now I don't know what to do with it.

Can any of you share your favorite uses for it? I understand it is a meat alternative, but I don't even know how to get it from dried form to, well, undried form! HELP!
